At Playroom Collective, we want you to love your fashion finds, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags attached. Simply follow our streamlined process to ensure your wardrobe is exactly as you envisioned.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact and undamaged.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
